Bio:

Coping with drug addiction at the age of 15, domestic violence and many traumas, I was broken from a very young age. At the age of 25 I turned my life around. I found the strength to grow as a person and decided that I wanted more for myself and my children.

I have been in the fitness industry for 18 years as a Personal trainer and teaching group exercise classes such as spinning and dance. This has been amazing for my health and well-being, but I felt that there was more self development to be made, and that something was missing. I wanted to help others and discovered personal development and combined the two together. I have now trained in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) so that I could understand what's behind our experiences, and not just learn from my own. I wanted to understand why we get addictions to drugs, and even people, but also how the mind works and our behaviours unique patterns.

I now help people to not only recognise their pain but to acknowledge their desire for change and self-worth by providing them with the tools to transform their lives, through fitness ,mindset and dance.
